Special Funds
The Sisters Fund
Our blog post titled "Introducing The Sisters Fund" announced the creation of a scholarship initiative launched by two sisters, Sue and Corinne. This fund is specifically designed to support women who have experienced domestic violence and are striving to complete their education.
Drawing from their own traumatic childhood marked by fear and abuse, the sisters seek to empower women to break free from cycles of violence and build independent, secure futures.
They believe that while education is not a guaranteed solution, it significantly increases the chances of achieving stability and self-sufficiency.
This fund emphasize the importance of giving women the confidence to start anew.
Support this initiative, and join with the sisters to shift the balance toward healing, empowerment, and grace for women and their children affected by domestic violence.
If you or someone you know needs immediate help, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233).
