Behind every bold idea is a woman brave enough to pursue it. With Washington State’s GearUp program, you can find a mentor who has been there, made mistakes, learned a better way, and is willing to share experiences and insights with someone just beginning to conceptualize their business idea.

At Woman of Wonder, we know that mentorship is transformational. Mentorship is the difference between wondering what’s next and knowing how to get there. The remarkable part is that our state offers mentorship resources at no cost.

GearUp training provides free, weekly mentorship sessions to help you build and grow a business. You’ll learn how to:

  • Test your business idea

  • Build a strong foundation

  • Connect with mentors who care about your success

It’s a 6-week training series with a dedicated facilitator and is limited to 15 participants. The program is interactive, collaborative, and focuses on problem-solving.

The program includes occasional homework.
